Gain Weight

Each day my mom scolds me hundred of times , i am getting too weak , not eating properly , sitting and wasting time all day in front of this idiot box ( dont listen my lovely laptop) .

I thought i have to do something for this , so i am on mission to find out how can i gain weight and be in good shape .  

I dont like to eat much , the only things that can come to my rescue i can guess are Milk and Bananas.

Gaining weight for someone who is underweight is far far and far more difficult ( rather it sounds ) difficult , but its possible with good diet plans and excercise

Many of us dont like to eat much , rather say we dont have much appetite to eat , and the amount of calories needed by our body metabolism often fall short then what we eat

Milk and Bananas are the two quick products which we can eat to have lots and lots of calories to cope up with this problem in very less time.

Oops ....you might be thinking why i am trying to find out answers to these questions days , i am on operation gain weight spree these days , so trying to find out answers to many of questions , how much i eat , how much i have to eat more , how many calories i eat per day etc...

Now coming to main point , as we eat roti as main part of our diet along with rice , i just tried to find out how many calories does this roti have
