Just take a memory recall of last time you was patted on your back by your boss for good work you did in office , or you got praise for lovely dress you wore , got appreciation for cooking delicious food for your family. How you felt at that moment?

This is what makes us feel that we are important for some people around you and work we are doing is bringing change and helpful for people we are enjoying with.

Give honest and sincere appreciation at each chance you get to your office mates , children at home , wife for cooking wonderful food for you any chance which you get. Just try to refrain yourself from flattering and buttering , it will be harmful for you and the other person too.

• If you are office person , don't miss any chance to praise at any small moment to your subordinate and colleague for wonderful work done by him in project or day to day work. Appreciate him in front of office mates , it will also inspire other people in office to work hard.
• Congratulate your children for whatever scores they get , cleaning room .This will motivate them for working hard and getting more and more better scores.
• Say I love you and , praise to your spouse for wonderful food she/he cooks and help she/he gives to you in all your day to day affairs.

Sincere appreciation is food for soul and it nourishes the self esteem of person . Kinds words which we say rings in the ears of other person for years and years long , even after you might have forgot that guy.
